"Your Eye Doctor Said What??"

If you are new to wearing contact lenses, you've probably recently undergone a contact lens examination by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. As wearing contacts requires a certain amount of discipline, your eye doctor most likely had a lot to tell you about how to take care of your eyes while wearing them, and how to take care of the lenses when you're not.
