"Your Eye Doctor Said What??"

If you are new to wearing contact lenses, you've probably recently undergone a contact lens examination by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. As wearing contacts requires a certain amount of discipline, your eye doctor most likely had a lot to tell you about how to take care of your eyes while wearing them, and how to take care of the lenses when you're not.

However, there are a few things you really shouldn't do while wearing contact lenses. If your eye doctor gave you any of the following bad advice, you might consider finding a new one.
